My research focuses on understanding the impact of mind-body interventions on cognitive and brain health in older adults using structural and functional MRI, behavioral measures of mind-wandering and sustained attention, ecological momentary assessment, and blood plasma-based biomarkers of disease risk. Relatedly, I am interested in measuring biological aging across healthy, accelerated, and pathological aging populations, as well as examining how environmental factors influence brain health and biological aging.
